Shipping & Return Policy

i.

1. Processing time: 1 working day

2. Shipping and Delivery time: 1 - 3 days in UAE, 3 - 7 days in GCC and 7 - 14 days for International.

3. Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.

4. No Refunds for promotional items.

5. No Refunds for any misused items and have physical damages (except: damaged in shipping, product is defective,      factory defective)

6. Return products must be in a sell-able condition and must be no physical scratches and worn items.

7. Return products must be in original packaging.

8. All items will have 3 days return policy and 1 year warranty.

9. Return items will be inspected with our Quality Assurance Team.

10. Buyer is responsible for shipping back the item to the seller for replacement or return.

11. About the shipping charge we provide free shipping in UAE and additional cost in GCC Countries. Please note the          custom tax should be covered by the buyer.

12. (Name of the Website) will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets            Control) sanctions countries in accordance with the law of UAE.

13. Multiple transactions may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement.

  1. Return and Exchange does not apply to customized items such as Devices and Equipment.

  2. Return/exchange is possible only if the packing has not been tampered with in any way.

  3. Products should be accompanied with the original sales invoice for Return and Exchange.

  4. Any product purchased within seven days and returned as not functioning as per operational manual/falling short of declared product specifications, will be exchanged after it has been tested by our personnels or manufacturer’s authorized service company, as applicable. The process can take up to several days (will be calculated from case to case). Exchange will be done only after the investigation/technical report.

  5. Exchange on Major products will be applicable based on manufacturer’s authorized distributor’s investigation report and approval.

  6. If the packaging has minor soiling or is opened and product not defective, unused, no visible scratches or marks observed, a re-stocking fee of 15 percent will be deducted while making return or exchange.

  7. If the packaging is incomplete or product damaged, scratched, returned and exchange will not be applicable.

  8. Product must be returned with all the original packaging materials, accessories, manuals, registration card, Free of Cost/Bundled Items and Promotional Vouchers.

  9. If the product returned, has any data or information stored in the memory or storage device, Bodystylers will not be responsible for the transfer of such data or information to another product given to the customer as an exchange, or for the loss of any data or information still residing on the returned product.

  10. Service, delivery and installation charges are non-refundable once performed.

  11. Special order items are not refundable.

  12. Store Management will act as per the above policies and Store Management’s decision will be treated as a final decision.

  13. All cost of collection or returning the items will be shouldered by the customer

   - Return and exchanged are not applicable for items purchased with special discounts and purchased of used items.

Warranty

  1. The warranty tendered hereunder, on the electronic product(s) sold under this invoice will be provided exclusively by the respective Authorized Agent/Distributor and are limited to UAE for one year from the date of this invoice. Detailed trouble shooting and incident report must be submitted on the date it happens beforehand in order to accommodate customer otherwise Bodystylers has right to decline.

  2. Primary responsibility for warranty service rests with the brand owner/supplier and Bodystylers is a facilitator only.

  3. Warranty covers any defect in workmanship under normal use but shipping cost will be shouldered by the customer. Physical Damage items are not covered under warranty.

  4. All related fees such as shipping cost, duties and taxes to the Manufacturer home country are shouldered by the customer

  5. Testing and repair replacing labor cost within Bodystylers Head Office has additional service fee and shipping cost for delivery and collection from one location to another is shouldered by customer.

  6. Warranty on applicable products becomes invalid if the product(s) has been opened or tampered by an unauthorized person or any third party.

  7. Electrodes, suits, connectors, clothes, cables, chip card, chargers, and accessories are consumables and not covered by warranty.

  8. Please retain sales invoice to claim warranty.
